A: EZCast has lots of manufacturer and brander partners. Please check EZCast Partners for reference. EZCast products may have different looks, models and hardware configurations but they all use EZCast applications of 5OS for setup and streaming. For premium EZCast devices, please refer to EZCast Shop for product introductions and on-line store purchase. 
A: Yes, we will keep on improving EZCast and update EZCast apps and dongles regularly. It is noted that the dongle firmware update itself automatically. Since August 2013, we have had a monthly or bi-monthly update till now.
A: For EZCast dongles and LAN box, the firmware update executes automatically once the internet is connected. For EZCast Music Box, please upgrade your dongle firmware to the latest through AirSetup/Upgrade. For apps update, please tap “update” icon in your apps and it will guide you to update your apps or through App store and Google play. 
A: This issue mostly comes from insufficient power. Please check USB connection or try to connect USB to power adaptor instead of USB port of TV. Some USB power supply of TV port is insufficient for 500mA.
A: 

Android/iOS doesn’t allow app to access other apps for security issue. If you want to use other multimedia app to cast, suggest to use EZMirror to mirror all desktop and launch the app. Please refer to EZCast Youtube Channel (EZMirror) for demo videos. Or you can use the related websites and use EZCast/Web to cast the video in the websites (refer to Youtube EZCast/Web video).  For the video app supporting DLNA, EZCast devices are DLNA certified as DMR to receive multimedia streaming (refer to EZCast Youtube Channel (DLNA) for demo videos). 

A: This issue mostly comes from insufficient power. Please check USB connection or try to connect USB to power adaptor instead of USB port of TV. Some USB power supply of TV port is insufficient.
A: Please use 3G/4G mode in EZCast Setup. When you click "3G/4G", it will show guidance for you to follow. Please refer to EZCast Youtube Channel (3G/4G) for demo video.
A: The password seems to change to “********” (eight stars), please keyin “*********” (eight stars) for SSID password instead and you can access EZCast dongle again. Thanks.
A: Yes. please use EZCast/Document for ppt presentation.
A: Please try again. If it fails again, please use our USB upgrade tool for repairing. This situation is rare and mainly comes from abnormal power when updating. 
A: EZMirror+Timer means that EZCast devices boot to miracast mode with counting for 120 secs and then go back to EZCast mode. EZMirror+AP means that EZCast will boot to miracast permanently and get configuration from AP router. The connection method is shown on display. Suggest you use EZCast or EZMirror+Timer modes because it is more stable. EZMirror+AP mode, in which the wifi performance and miracast compatibility are not as good, is mainly for in-car usage scenario. Please refer to Setup Demo video for reference and introduction. 
Setup
A: Please plug in EZCast dongle HDMI to the HDMI port of your TV/Projector. Then connect the USB connector to power adapter (recommended) or USB port of TV. Then switch your TV input source to this HDMI port. Please refer to Setup Introduction demo video.

A: Connect your device to EZCast SSID first. Then launch EZCast app to search for dongles. Please refer to Setup Introduction demo video.

A: Direct link between smartphone and EZCast dongle provides better local streaming performance because the dongle is always in the eyesight range. The performance through router is unpredictable according to how far the router is. If your home router is close and you prefer to connect your smartphone and dongle through router, please enable "via router allowed" by EZCast/Setting. Please refer to Setup Introduction demo video for reference.
A: Please forget EZCast SSID and try to re-connect the dongle again. For Android users, please check Automatic Switch option in the Wifi Setting/Advance Setting of your smartphone. If this option is ON, the connection to EZCast SSID without internet connection could auto-switch your smartphone mode to 3G/4G and cut down Wifi connection.  This issue may also come from insufficient power. Please check USB connection and use external USB power adapter instead of TV USB port. Some TV USB port power is insufficient for 500mA.
